When the cafe was empty except for a few customers who already had their orders (must have got there early). Not rushed off their feet but OMG!!! When you order 2 drinks which would take 2 minutes at home and they give you a wooden spoon to take back to the table "just in case" you have to wonder at what circumstances would be covered by "just in case", because if it takes ten minutes for a tea and a milk then heaven help them if someone orders a biscuit with it.
